What if your child’s handwriting isn’t keeping up with their thinking?
Why Does This Happen?
Most of the children I teach aren’t struggling because they don’t know the answers. They’re struggling because writing is slowing their thinking down.
Handwriting takes time and effort
It’s tiring and impacts concentration
Fewer ideas get onto paper
Less time to complete work and exams
How Touch Typing Helps
When keyboard skills become automatic, children can:
Get their ideas down quickly
Produce more written work
Keep up in class
Finish work (and exams) on time
Feel more confident
It’s not just about typing. It’s about freedom to think and express ideas.…
Hi, I’m Wendy
Every week I speak to parents whose children are bright, full of ideas, but struggling to get those ideas onto paper.
I’ve spent over 15 years helping children build confidence through touch typing, including many with dyslexia, ADHD and other additional learning needs.
Nothing is more rewarding than seeing a child realise they can finally keep up in class.
I’d love to help your child too.

“He’s having to stay in at break to finish his work.”
“She runs out of time in exams and loses marks.”
These are the most common reasons parents contact me.
